Debra (Deb) Kostelnik (born Rockwell, previously Fritz) passed away Jan. 1, 2025. She was 61 years old. Debra died of natural causes. She will be greatly missed. Debra Kostelnik was survived by her husband, Jeffery Kostelnik; and her two sons, Dustin Rockwell and Jeramie Dutcher. Debra was also survived by her step-daughter, Melanie Kostelnik; two grandsons, Brett and Roger Kostelnik; sister, Donna (Steve) Guimont; and three nieces.
Debra Kostelnik’s Celebration of Life will be held in Cushing, Wisconsin, at Suzy Q’s Snowshoe Tavern on Saturday, Feb. 8, from 11 a.m.- 3 p.m.
