Terry Adolphson, 72, of Grantsburg, Wisconsin, passed away on Sept. 26, 2026. He was born on Feb. 1, 1954, to Albin and Alice Adolphson and lived his entire life in rural Falun, Wisconsin, where throughout his life, he could often be found tinkering and fixing things in his garage, enjoyed riding his motorcycle, pulling his modified tractor, and spending time deer hunting with friends and relatives.

Easily recognized by his towering frame, long ponytail, and beard, Terry was a one-of-kind character. He was known for his sense of humor, mischievous spirit, and ability to make people smile. He loved his grandchildren deeply, cherished his dogs, and treasured the friendships and family connections he maintained through countless phone calls, visits, stories, and shared memories.

Terry was preceded in death by his parents, Albin and Alice; sister, Brenda; great-grandson, Wyatt; and nephew, Jesse. He is survived by his sons, Brad (Dee) and Brandon; grandchildren, Samantha, Scott, Trevor, Sadie, Johanna, and Gus; great-grandchildren; brothers, Richard (Barb), Gerald, and Kenneth; sister, Lois (Rick); and many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends who will miss him dearly.

Terry leaves behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, and stories that will continue to be shared by all who knew and loved him. His presence will be deeply missed, but his memory will remain close in the hearts of his family and friends.
