GRANTSBURG- On Sunday, Feb. 19, Grace Church in Grantsburg hosted a camp scholarship fundraising dinner for a summer camp. The event was organized by Greg Peer, who is the church’s treasurer. Dinner featured a kid-friendly dinner with child care as an option, crafts, games, a movie and a silent auction. Many volunteering at the event were the young people, themselves, and parents. They expressed being glad to be able to serve others. Those connected to the church youth activities are eligible to receive funds and would be able to use the funds for a summer camp activity or retreat of their choosing.
