Robert “Bob” William Palmer Jr., age 62, of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin, formerly of Osceola, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully on Thursday, Dec. 18, 2025, at home surrounded by family.
Bob was married to Jill Berthiaume for 37 years and they were blessed with two beautiful daughters.
Bob will be remembered for being a faithful servant of Jesus, and his love for his family. His hobbies included using his gift and talent of woodworking to glorify the Lord’s house at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church and spending time with his children and grandchildren. He will be missed dearly.
Bob wanted everyone to live their lives “Wide Open!”
Bob is survived by his children, Jessica Palmer, and Jenna Palmer and son-in-law, Tyler Rogers; his adored grandchildren, Charlie (Woody), Jayden (Peanut) and Brantley (Bubba); and sisters, Linda (Mark) Fritsche and Louise Palmer.
Bob was preceded in death by his parents, Robert Palmer Sr. and Geraldine Palmer; and sister, Rosemarie Radi.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. on Saturday, Dec. 27, 2025, at Shepherd of the Valley Lutheran Church in St. Croix Falls, with a visitation one hour prior to the service at the church. Interment will be in the Oak Grove cemetery, East Farmington, Wisconsin. Arrangements are with the Grandstrand Funeral Home, Osceola. Condolences may be expressed online at grandstrandfh.com.
