PUBLIC NOTICE
The Polk County Board of Supervisors will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, August 18, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. at the St. Croix Falls High School - Fine Arts Center, 740 Maple Dr., St. Croix Falls, WI 54024 to consider the following:
Resolution 29-26: Resolution Creating Polk County Code Ch. 42-41, Enacting a Temporary Moratorium on Data Centers.

Public Participation: All interested parties have a right to either support or oppose the request(s) by appearing in person at time of hearing. Comments will be limited to 3 minutes per person. Written comments will also be accepted if received at least 24 hours prior to the hearing date and time. Written comments shall be submitted to public.comment@polkcountywi.gov. Please include what public hearing the comment is relating to in the subject line of your email. Written comments will not be read aloud at the meeting.
