1. An application for informal administration was filed.
2. The decedent, with date of birth May 6, 1952, and date of death August 6, 2026, was domiciled in Polk County, State ofWisconsin, with a mailing ad dress of 1784 173rd Ave., Centuria, WI 54824.
3. The application will be heard at the Polk County Courthouse, 1005 W. Main St., Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, Room 500, before Cheryl Winberg, Probate Registrar, on November 10, 2026, at 9:30 a.m.
