Leslie Earl McLean, 81, passed away peacefully at Lakeview Hospital on May 12, 2024, surrounded by family.
Leslie was born Nov. 17, 1942 to Earl and Lila McLean. He attended Wolf Creek Grade School and graduated from St. Croix Falls High School in 1961.
He lived most of his life in the Saint Croix Falls area, except for a few years in the 1970’s, when he lived in Montana, near Helena.
He was preceded in death by his beloved partner, Teddi, his daughter, Jodi, parents, Donna (wife and mother of sons Jon and Mark), and brother in-law, Dave Grider.
Leslie is survived by his sons, Jon and Mark; grandchildren, Jon Jr. McLean, Courtney (Chris) Zeigler, Joel Fountain and David (Alyssa) McLean; great-grandchildren Abigail, Grace, Elijah, Hazel, Falen and Klaus; sisters Marian Grider, Sharon (Ron) Nykanen and Patti (Karl) Lehmann.
A Celebration of Life will take place at the home of Patti and Karl Lehman on June 29, at 2 p.m.
