Eleanor Ann Bleyle, 86, of Osceola, Wisconsin, passed away on Tuesday, June 25, 2024, at the Christian Community Home in Osceola, Wisconsin.
Eleanor was born on Jan. 22, 1938, to James and Julia (Erickson) Kamish in Centuria, Wisconsin. She grew up in Centuria, attended school and graduated Class of 1956. After high school, Eleanor continued her education at UW-Superior earning her Bachelor of Arts degree in education. After college, she went on to teach elementary and special education in many schools in the Midwest and Louisiana, retiring in the early 2000s.
Eleanor is survived by her husband of 54 years, John; brother, Donald Kamish; grandchildren, Emily and James Bleyle; and many nieces, nephews and other relatives.
Eleanor was preceded in death by her parents, James and Julie Kamish; son, Daniel Bleyle; four sisters and one brother.
Graveside services were held Monday, July 1, 2024, at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Centuria, with a luncheon following at St. John’s Lutheran Church.
