Daniel Noe, 80, of Blaine, Minnesota, passed away Sunday night, Oct. 22, at St. Anthony Health Center. He was preceded in death by his parents, sisters and brother. He is survived by his wife, Deniece, children and grandchildren. A memorial gathering with light refreshments will be held at Blaine United Methodist Church, 621 115th Ave. NE, on Friday, Nov. 3, from 2 to 5 p.m. Arrangements were with Kozlak-Radulovich Chapel, 763-783-1100.
