FREDERIC - The Polk County Sheriff's Department is investigating an accident that happened shortly before 9:00 a.m. this morning, Monday, Jan. 16, in which a white Chevy Trailblazer appears to have skidded off of 150th Street, outside of Frederic, rolled over, and then plunged down to the Gandy Dance Trail below. Authorities have not released many details so far, however there is believed to be at least one serious injury. 150th Street was shut down for a period of time to all traffic. We will continue to follow this and post an update once we receive more information from the Polk County Sheriff.
