WEBSTER – On Saturday, April 1, the Humane Society of Burnett County hosted its 13th-Annual Bark and Wine fundraising event at the Webster Community Center. Featuring door prizes, a silent auction, live auction, raffles, “Glitz Grab” game, mystery wine pull, and food and bar, the event was so well attended the group ran out of seating. The event is held as one of the major yearly fundraising events for the organization, which helps to cover operations for the organization that operates in Burnett County. On its Facebook page the Humane Society of Burnett County posted after the event, “Thanks to everyone who attended our annual Bark and Wine fundraiser last night! It was a huge success thanks to everyone who attended, donated, and volunteered! We couldn’t do what we do without your support!”
