MILLTOWN – Following the birthday of the world-renowned children’s author Dr. Seuss, which falls on March 2, the Milltown Public Library held a celebration event in his honor on Thursday, March 6. At 11:15 a.m. that day, kids were welcomed in for a fun time full of games, snacks and all the classic Dr. Seuss stories they could fit in which were read by youth and adult services librarian Rachel Mielke. Kids gathered in a circle on the floor and giggled as they followed along with the humorous absurdity of Seuss’ stories, excitedly awaiting the next themed activity of the day.
