Michael Paul Lunzer Sr., of Hudson, Wisconsin, passed away on June 18, 2025, at the age of 82, after a courageous battle with prostate cancer.
Michael was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, brother, and friend. He is survived by his sons, Michael Lunzer Jr. (Betsey) and Edward Lunzer (Shelby); his cherished grandson, Carson Lunzer; and his brother, Dennis Lunzer (Jeannie). He was preceded in death by his beloved wife, Lorraine; his son, Christopher; his parents, Frank and Helen Lunzer; and his sister, Jacque; and brothers, Bernard and Richard.
Michael had a remarkable gift for listening. He offered sound advice, steady support, and was always ready with a helping hand.
Family meant everything to Michael. He found joy in simple moments—tinkering in the garage, sharing a cup of coffee, or visiting with friends around the Pepsi cooler. His legacy is not only in the love he gave, but also in the lives he touched.
A private ceremony will be held for immediate family to honor his memory.
