Marilyn Jean Donnelly, 90, of Balsam Lake, Wisconsin, died in Chisago City, Minnesota, on Thursday, Dec. 5, 2024. Marilyn was born on Oct. 20, 1934, in Geddes, South Dakota, the daughter of Jean and Mary LaTelle.
She will be deeply missed by her children: Mark, Micky (Frank) Palewicz, Kathleen, Maureen and Jimmy (Deb); 12 grandchildren; 12 great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild. Marilyn always said, “Not a bad one in the bunch.”
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Jim (Sept. 23, 2023); and her sister, Beverly Ryan.
Marilyn always had a smile on her face and would stop whatever she was doing to visit when she had visitors, her love for her family was beyond words.
A Memorial Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, Dec. 13, 2024, at 11 a.m. at Our Lady of the Lakes Catholic Church in Balsam Lake, 507 West Main St. Visitation will begin at 10 a.m. Please join the family for lunch and fellowship in the church fellowship hall following the service.
She will be forever 90!
