It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Kathleen Yvonne Drew of St. Croix Falls, Wisconsin. She passed away peacefully with her children by her side on Sept. 15, 2025, at the age of 79.
Kathy was a wonderful mother, she had a servant’s heart, filling the man roles of a homemaker, then going into daycare for a family and moving on to nursing helping the elderly at the nursing home until retirement.
Kathy enjoyed drawing, painting, and writing poems, but most of all was her music and singing.
She was preceded in death by her father, Darel (Janice) Humphrey; mother, Marion (Lloyd) Johnson; brother, Duane Humphrey; son, Loren Wester; grandson, Joshua Wester; and husband, Thomas Drew.
Kathy is survived by her daughters, Melody (Bob) Christensen and Harmony (Scott) Warren; son, Kevin (Kari) Wester; sisters, Patty (Paul) Wester, Susie (Doug) Weikert, Shirley Humphrey, and Mary Comer; brother, Fred Humphrey; also grandchildren and great-grandchildren, along with many more friends and family who touched her life.
A Celebration of Life for Kathleen will be held on Friday, Sept. 26, 2025, at 1 p.m. at the Kolstad Family Funeral Home in Centuria. Visitation will begin at 11:30 a.m. and continue until the service.
