Joyce Elaine Frazier Curtis, age 69, of Frederic, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully the morning of Aug. 24, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family at Regions Hospital.
Joyce was born Sept. 15, 1955, to Clair & Lucille (Stanley) Frazier. She graduated from Frederic High School in 1973 and went on to study cosmetology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
Joyce was a beloved daughter, sister, mother, partner and friend whose warmth, kindness and steady grace touched everyone who knew her. Joyce lived with a quiet strength and a generous spirit, always putting love at the center of her life.
Joyce was preceded in death by her parents. Remaining to cherish Joyce’s memory are
partner, Randy Brenner; sister, Brenda (Tom) Hinspater; brother, Boyd (Deborah) Frazier; son, Carl (Kelli) Eklof; daughter, Becky (Jeff) Loop; and grandchildren, Erik (Audrey) Eklof and Ellie Elaine Eklof.
A casual Celebration of Life gathering will take place at the Luck Lions Hall, 300 First Street South, Luck, Wisconsin, on Sept. 20, from 2:00 – 5:00 p.m.
