Joy R. Ketcham, 80, peacefully passed away on May 8, 2023, with her two youngest daughters by her side. Joy was born on Jan. 29, 1943, in St. Paul, Minnesota.
Joy was preceded in death by Marvin Ott, her partner of 35 years; her parents, Phyllis and Earl Van Tassell; and her siblings, Matt, Oliver, Melody, Linda and Sandy.
Joy is survived by her brother, Robert Van Tassell; her seven children, Laura (Doyle), Gary (Linda), Kim, Robin (Joe), Steven (Eva), Tawnnia (John) and Sonya (Ryan); 17 grandchildren; and 14 great-grandchildren.
