Joyce Elaine Frazier Curtis, age 69, of Frederic, Wisconsin, passed away peacefully the morning of Aug. 24, 2025, after a brief battle with cancer. She was surrounded by family at Regions Hospital. Joyce was born Sept. 15, 1955, to Clair & Lucille (Stanley) Frazier. She graduated from Frederic High School in 1973 and went on to study cosmetology in Eau Claire, Wisconsin.
