The Polk County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an accident that happened shortly before 9:00 a.m. this morning, Monday, Jan. 16, in which a white Chevy Trailblazer appears to have skidded off of 150th Street, outside of Frederic, rolled over, and then plunged down to the Gandy Dance Trail below.
