Larry Duane Ellingworth, (AKA Chuck,) 85, passed away at his home on Sunday, June 15, 2025. Larry was born to Harry and Sigrid Ellingworth in the town of Garfield Polk County, Wisconsin, on May 17, 1940.
Larry came from a large family with nine siblings and eventually had five boys of his own. Larry loved horses, fishing, traveling and, later in life, he loved going to the casinos. He was a happy, charismatic fellow and loved to play his guitar and sing for family and friends.
Larry is survived by his fiancée, Sharon McQuillen; three of his Sons, Rick (Val) Ellingworth, Lonny Ellingworth and Harry Ellingworth (Danica Jacobson); one brother, Mike (Cathy) Ellingworth; eleven grandchildren; and many great-grandchildren, relatives and friends.
Larry was preceded in death by two sons, David Ellingworth and Neil Ellingworth; one grandson, Mike Yost; along with nine siblings and his parents.
Arrangements for Larry were entrusted to Grandstand Funeral Home in Osceola, Wisconsin.
A Celebration of Life will be held at Lions Park, in St Croix Falls, Wisconsin on
Sunday, Aug. 10, from 2-6 p.m. For those interested, there will be a small service held by a pastor from 1 p.m. to 1:30 p.m.
