BURNETT COUNTY – Two people facing felony drug charges in Burnett County appeared in court on Wednesday, March 5, for their arraignment. James Allen Langer of Webster and Christina Marie Dillard of Loyal have been charged with five felonies each. Included in the charges is an enhancer for distributing a controlled substance near a youth center. Langer and Dillard are accused of selling drugs out of a home in the 26000 block of Lakeland Avenue N. in Webster, which is located near a youth center.
